Not Getting Jimmy Butler vs TJ Warren II Tonight Is A Goddamn Travesty

Remember this? A pretty good "HOLLLDDDD MEEEE BACCCKKKK" fight by NBA standards, this all went down back on January 8th. Not really surprising that Jimmy Butler got into it with someone, that's sort of his thing. I mean that was clearly an overreaction on a foul that honestly wasn't even that outrageous, but Jimmy Butler is a basketball psycho so that reaction was very on brand. You knew it was only going to escalate from there which is obviously did. You may remember his stance after the game

and then immediately taking to Instagram with a certain date scheduled

Why is that significant? Well....

Oh what the hell. Today is March 20th? When did that happen? To be honest my concept of time is basically gone since we haven't been able to leave our houses for like a week. There are a lot of reasons the coronavirus sucks ass but now that my brain remembers it's costing us the rematch between Jimmy Butler and TJ Warren I am even more upset. Can we find a way to break the rules and get them tested immediately? If they are both negative maybe have some 1 on 1 or something and stream it. We need SOMETHING. Tonight was going to be must watch stuff when this all first went down back in January and now we're left with nothing. Just when I was starting to come to grips with not having basketball for the foreseeable future, now I'm upset all over again. Sure it probably would have been another classic HOLD ME BACK situation, but maybe not. Butler is a wildcard so who knows maybe he would have gone all Timberwolves practice on Warren. Add to it that this is the current 4/5 matchup and there were so many factors to why this would have been an awesome game. Damn you coronavirus, damn you.
